Eligibility criteria:
Eligible applicants: Bidders must be companies or firms able to supply goods under one lot or both lots. A bidder may apply for one lot or all lots, but no bidder will be awarded more than one lot.
Geographic and legal eligibility: The bidder must hold a valid business registration or license certificate issued by the Ministry of Commerce and Industry in FGS and GSS, and a valid Tax Compliance Certificate for FGS and GSS.
