• Eligible applicants: Non-profit organizations eligible under IOM rules; the partnership is explicitly non-commercial and without profit. Applicants may bid for one, two or all three lots, but must submit separate technical and financial proposals for each lot.
• Geographic and legal eligibility: Organizations must provide proof of legal registration or authorization to operate in the targeted areas in the Democratic Republic of the Congo. The submission must be in French.
