• Eligible applicants: A legally registered entity able to enter into a binding contract with UNDP. Proposers from all countries are eligible.
• Geographic and legal eligibility: No proposer may be listed on the UN ineligibility list, the UN Security Council sanctions list, or the World Bank ineligible firms and individuals lists. Proposers must have no actual, potential or perceived conflict of interest and must not be bankrupt or in receivership.
