Eligibility criteria:
Eligible applicants: Individual consultants only, under Individual Consultant Selection. Consultant source is national, with individuals of ADB member countries who are legally resident and authorized to work in Mongolia also eligible to be considered as national consultants.
Geographic and legal eligibility: National consultants are required; non-nationals may be considered only if they are ADB member-country nationals with valid legal residence and work authorization in Mongolia.
