The objectives of the project are to: (i) strengthen the operation and the sustainability of the Conditional Cash Transfer Program by reinforcing the delivery systems of the Program and by establishing a transition strategy for the exiting beneficiaries, and (ii)consolidate the delivery of social assistance programs.
