Description
The purpose of this RFP is to enter into a contractual agreement with a successful bidder to conduct a multivariate analysis and develop a publication on the potential association between MDG3 (gender equality) and MDG 6 (HIV) in women and key populations in concentrated epidemics.

The work will assist in positioning gender equality in the global policy dialogue on the MDG goals and will support UNAIDS in its intellectual and strategic leadership function to enable more efficient and effective progress on HIV and related areas.

This request has been published before as RFP-2012-11, however UNAIDS has reconsidered the deadlines and extended the period to deliver the final products just after the summer holidays.
