The United States Government, represented by the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID), is seeking quotations from qualified organizations interested in conducting the services as described in the attached solicitation.
The Government expects to award one firm fixed-price contract by June 22, 2016. The tentative period of performance is two years from the effective award date. The authorized geographic code for procurement of goods and services under this contract is 937, which consists of the United States, the recipient country, and developing countries other than advanced developing countries, but excluding any country that is a prohibited source.
