Project name:GEF study on policies on ET-based water rights and trading (Pilot in Jin-Zhou) and Study on Demonstration of ET-based Water Rights and Trading (Jin-Zhou)

Project targets:To promote the achievements of Water Resources and  environment Integrated Management Project in Haihe River Basin, alleviate contradiction between supply and demand of water resources, and protect the ecological environment, so as to realize the sustainable development of society and economy.

Consulting contents: implement the most stringent water management system, total control and quota combining management system of farmland irrigation water, establish water rights allocation and trading mechanism and agricultural water price policy and regulation mechanism, promote the rational and efficient use of water resources,provide support to alleviate the over exploitation of groundwater and improve the ecological environment.
