This is to execute an approval U.S Personal Services Contract (USPSC) issued to an offshore Program Development Specialist, in the USAID/Afghanistan's Office of Gender (GO). The new Contract is for six months full term basis from approximately February 28, 2018 through to August 29, 2018. During the course of this six months contract, the contractor will play a key role in the performance of Program Development duties at the USAID/Afghanistan Mission. The incumbent supports the Program Development Unit in GO by providing broad expertise in development management functions. The duties may include ushering an endowment through the procurement process, and support to the team in compliance with the new program cycle.
