1. L’OMPI a le plaisir de vous inviter à soumettre une proposition en réponse à l’invitation à soumissionner (ITB) n° PID/2018/80/ITB portant sur la sélection d’une société spécialisée dans la transformation de luminaires pour :
a) le projet de transformation des luminaires existants du bâtiment A. Bogsch (AB), à réaliser en 2018 (Chapitre I) ; et,
b) des projets de transformation équivalents, effectués dans le cadre d’une maintenance régulière de nos bâtiments, à réaliser pendant la durée de l’accord-cadre (Chapitre II).
2. Pour le Chapitre I, les locaux du bâtiment AB sont équipés actuellement de luminaires encastrés avec ballast ferromagnétique, tubes fluorescents 40W T38, starters, réflecteur interne laqué blanc et grilles full reflex. L’objectif de cette invitation à soumissionner est le remplacement des sources lumineuses et de l’appareillage, tout en gardant la base et les grilles existantes.
3. Pour le Chapitre II, le montant annuel de ces prestations est estimé à 200 000 francs suisses, selon le type de projets de rénovation mis en place. Veuillez toutefois noter que ce montant est fourni à titre indicatif, et ne constitue en aucune manière une garantie quant au nombre et au montant des prestations demandées effectivement par l’OMPI durant l’exécution du contrat.
4. Les délais suivants sont applicables aux fins de la présente invitation à soumissionner :
Visite obligatoire: le 9 juillet 2018 à 14h30 (heure d’Europe centrale) ;
Date limite pour la soumission des demandes de renseignements d’ordre techniques, commerciaux ou juridiques : le 10 juillet 2018 avant 16 heures (heure d’Europe centrale) ; et,
Date limite pour la soumission des propositions : le 18 juillet 2018 avant 16 heures (heure d’Europe centrale).
