INVITACIÓN A PRESENTAR EXPRESIONES DE INTERÉS
(SERVICIOS DE CONSULTORÍA – SELECCIÓN DE FIRMAS)
LA REPÚBLICA DEL PERÚ
PROGRAMA DE MEJORAMIENTO Y AMPLIACIÓN DE LOS SERVICIOS DE CALIDAD AMBIENTAL A NIVEL NACIONAL
CONTRATO DE PRÉSTAMO N° 8680-PE
La República de Perú ha recibido del Banco Internacional de Reconstrucción y Fomento (BIRF) un préstamo para financiar parcialmente el costo del Programa de Inversión “Mejoramiento y Ampliación de los Servicios de Calidad Ambiental a Nivel Nacional” y se propone contratar, mediante el método de Selección Basada en la Calidad y el Costo, el siguiente servicio:
CONSULTORÍA PARA LA ELABORACIÓN DE ESTUDIO DEFINITIVO (ESPECIFACIONES TÉCNICAS/EXPEDIENTE TÉCNICO) PARA LAS ESTACIONES Y EQUIPOS DE MONITOREO DE LA CALIDAD DEL AGUA Y/O SUELO
La Unidad Coordinadora del Programa “Mejoramiento y Ampliación de los Servicios de Calidad Ambiental a Nivel Nacional” del Organismo de Evaluación y Fiscalización Ambiental (OEFA) invita a las firmas consultoras elegibles a expresar su interés en prestar el servicio solicitado. Los consultores se podrán asociar con otras firmas en forma de asociación en participación (Joint Venture) o mediante un acuerdo de sub-consultoría con el fin de mejorar sus calificaciones.
Los consultores serán seleccionados conforme a los procedimientos indicados en las Políticas para la Selección y Contratación de Consultores por Prestatarios del BIRF, Créditos de la AIF y Donaciones por Prestatarios del Banco Mundial, versión enero 2011, revisión julio 2014.
Las expresiones de interés deberán ser presentadas por una Firma que deberá cumplir con los siguientes requisitos:
*Experiencia en el diseño o implementación, o en la operación y mantenimiento de una red de estaciones fijas automáticas de calidad del agua en cuencas hidrográficas, de preferencia en la cuenca del río Rímac y/o cuencas con problemáticas y características similares.
*Experiencia en monitoreo de la calidad del agua superficial en cuencas hidrográficas, de preferencia en la cuenca del río Rímac y/o cuencas con problemáticas y características similares.
Los Consultores interesados podrán obtener copia de los Términos de Referencia y el formato para presentar sus expresiones de interés (“Formularios a presentar”) solicitándolo al correo electrónico ucp03@oefa.gob.pe
Las expresiones de interés deberán presentarse en el formato "Formularios a presentar" y ser enviadas por escrito al correo electrónico anteriormente señalado, a más tardar el lunes 13 de agosto de 2018.
