Description

To be considered for this requirement, Bidders must complete and submit the ITT documents attached below, by 12:00 Noon BST on 14th November 2018. The ITT Deadline is a precise time and Bidders must allow sufficient time to submit their ITT.  Please note that this deadline date had been extended from the original return date of 31st October 2018.
