1. Le Gouvernement de la République de Madagascar a obtenu un financement de l’Association Internationale de Développement (IDA) pour financer la mise en œuvre du Projet Pôles Intégrés de Croissance et Corridors (PIC2). Une partie du crédit sera utilisée pour effectuer les paiements au titre du contrat de consultance en objet.

2. L’objectif de la mission est d’augmenter les revenus de Madagascar National Parks (MNP) par la maximisation des ventes de produits dérivés dans les Parcs Nationaux et en dehors, de créer une demande de produits dérivés dans les Parcs Nationaux et en dehors, de susciter une image positive des Parcs Nationaux et de la biodiversité de Madagascar auprès du grand public, national et international et d’améliorer la visibilité de MNP et de ses activités à travers ses produits dérivés.

La mission consistera à :

  • Etablir un état des lieux et définir une stratégie de développement et de commercialisation des produits dérivés de MNP,
  • Définir une stratégie, un Business Plan et un Plan d'Action de développement de produits dérivés pour MNP,
  • Apporter une assistance technique durant la mise en œuvre.

3. La durée de la prestation est estimée à 90 hommes/jours d’intervention étalée sur une période de 6 mois

4. Le Projet PIC2 invite les candidats qualifiés à manifester leur intérêt à fournir les services ci-dessus.  Un consultant individuel sera sélectionné en accord avec les procédures de la Banque Mondiale définies dans le « Règlement de Passation des Marchés pour les Emprunteurs sollicitant le Financement de Projets d’Investissement (FPI) pour les Fournitures, Travaux, Services autres que les Services de Consultants, & Services de Consultants » de juillet 2016, révisé en Novembre 2017 et Août 2018.

5. Les profils requis sont :

  • Titulaire d’un diplôme d’études supérieures dans le domaine du commerce, dans la gestion de projets marketing / culturels, environnementaux, ou autres domaines pertinents
  • Au moins 10 années d'expérience professionnelle dans les domaines cités ci-dessus,
  • Expériences probantes en merchandising, dans le tourisme, la culture, le sport et/ou dans les Parcs Nationaux
  • Bonne connaissance du tourisme et des Parcs Nationaux dans le monde, notamment en Afrique,
  • Maîtrise du français,
  • Sens du contact, capacité de synthèse, ouverture.
