Description

The International Labour Office (hereinafter the “ILO”) is pleased to invite your company to submit a Proposal for the provision of Event Management Services for the ILO Doha Office as further described in Annex III Terms of Reference (TOR) of RFP 17/2020.

Your Proposal must be received by the ILO no later than 13 July 2020, 12noon (Doha time). Late bids shall be rejected.

You are kindly requested to acknowledge receipt of this RFP and to indicate whether or not you intend to submit a Proposal.

A non-mandatory bidders’ conference is scheduled to take place online on Tuesday 30 June 2020 from 11:00 to 12:00 Doha time. The ILO will answer any questions a bidder may have with regards to the services, this Request for Proposal, and the contractual conditions. Minutes of the conference, inclusive of all questions raised during the conference and relevant answers provided by the ILO, will be shared with all bidders.

Bidders who are interested in participating in this conference should register by using the ILO e-Tendering System’s (eTS) functionality “Correspondence” (Annex I-A), latest by Monday 29 June 2020 at 4:00pm Doha time.
