Overview:

The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) hereby invites you to submit a Proposal to this Request for Proposal (RFP) for:

Law Enforcement / Design, Development, and Implementation of MIA’s Information System “Recruitment and Evaluation of Human Resources”.

When preparing your proposal, please be guided by the Request for Proposal document and its Annexes and Forms, which can be downloaded from the notice page: https://sc.undp.md/tnddetails2/2203/.

Your offer, comprising a Technical and Financial Proposals, shall be submitted in accordance with "Section 3: Bid Data Sheet" of RfP document. Please, pay attention to the submission requirements, especialy to the fact that technical and financial proposals shall be submitted in separate files, while the financial proposal shall be password protected. The password shall not be disclosed unless required in written by UNDP. Please, ensure that no other documents are disclosing your financial proposal apart from Forms F and G which are password protected.

DO NOT DISCLOSE YOUR PRICE IN THE LINE ITEMS. YOU MUST PUT PRICE AS 1 IN THE SYSTEM AND PROVIDE THE FINANCIAL PROPOSAL AS ENCRYPTED FILE AS EXPLAINED ABOVE.
