Objet : Acquisition, livraison et mise en service de matériels et équipements informatiques en quatre (04) Lots

Madame/Monsieur,

Il est prévu dans le cadre de l’exécution du projet cité en référence de procéder à l’acquisition des biens désignés ci-après : matériels et équipements informatiques. Le marché est constitué en  QUATRE lots :

  • Lot n° 1 : Fourniture, livraison et paramétrage des équipements informatiques (ordinateurs portables, ordinateurs de bureau et accessoires);
  • Lot n° 2 : Fourniture, livraison et paramétrage imprimantes et photocopieurs ;
  • Lot n°3 : Fourniture, livraison et paramétrage des vidéoprojecteurs, régulateurs de tension, disque dure externe et multiprise ;
  • Lot 4 : Fourniture des appareils photos.

 

A cet effet, vous trouverez ci-joint le dossier complet de demande de cotation de ces équipements que je vous demande de bien vouloir chiffrer et me le retourner au plus tard le vendredi 11 décembre 2020 à 11 heures 00 minutes heure locale, sous enveloppe cachetée adressée à l’Acheteur avec la mention « Demande de cotation N°LONDO/11/FOUR/DC/2020-Acquisition, fourniture et livraison de matériels et équipements informatiques». Les offres seront ouvertes en  séance publique le lundi 11 décembre à 11 heures 30 minutes, heure locale.

Votre offre devra être hors taxes et hors douane (HT/HD), valide pour une période de quatre vingt dix (90) jours calendaires à compter de la date de soumission et accompagnée du modèle de lettre de marché signé qui constituera le contrat au cas où votre offre serait retenue.

  3. Section2. Les instructions aux soumissionnaires ;

Ces équipements seront livrés à la Coordination Nationale du projet à Bangui au centre ville.
