Description

The United Nations Office for Project Services (UNOPS) is a United Nations operational arm committed to project implementation for the United Nations System, international financial institutions, governments and other partners worldwide. In line with its activities in Somalia, UNOPS has announced a tender for a Technical Assistance and Partnership (TAP) Facility for the Somalia Security and Justice Programme II (SSJP-II) which seeks to provide Somalis with greater security and access to justice through inclusive measures with widespread acceptance, support and elite and popular trust. The selected contractor will be required to develop and maintain a thorough understanding of what the program is attempting to accomplish, develop and facilitate the delivery of a substantial learning agenda and plan for SSJP II, design and deliver evaluations to test the efficacy and other tasks outlined in the bid documentation. Interested contractors who meet all the requirements should submit their offers by October 3rd, 2021.
