Project Summary:
The Uinta Wasatch Cache National Forest may issue Solicitation No. 1240LT22R0015 for the Historic Guinavah-Malibu Campground & Amphitheater Restoration project on the Uinta Wasatch Cache National Forest. This is not a solicitation and in no way commits the Government to award a contract. The Government does not intend to award a contract(s) based solely on this site visit nor does it intend to pay for any costs incurred in response to this announcement. The intent of this notice is to ensure that prospective vendors may see the areas prior to heavy snowfall and issuing the solicitation. This solicitation is anticipated to be issued prior to January 2022.
The work anticipated under any contract resulting from the solicitation will be started as soon as conditions on-the-ground are favorable for the prosecution of the work.
Attached are DRAFT documents pertaining to the work proposed for fiscal year 2022 on the Historic Guinavah-Malibu Campground & Amphitheater Restoration project on the Uintah Wasatch Cache National Forest. Please note that these documents and details are subject to change prior to the actual solicitation issuance, depending upon available funding or other priorities. The attached documents are draft documents only and are subject to change.
The estimated price range for the anticipated project is $1,000,000 to $5,000,000.
Site Visit Information:
A Forest Service site visit for the project will be held on Tuesday, November 9, 2021 at 10:00am MST. The meeting will begin at the Guinavah-Malibu Campground entrance located approximately five miles east of the mouth of Logan Canyon in Logan, Utah and may be accessed from US 89.
