Hankinnan kuvaus

The purpose of the assignment is to design phase II of the EEP programme for years 2013-2015 and draft a Programme Document in accordance with the MFA guidelines. EEP Phase II will draw on the new development policy action programme of MFA, the 2009 EEP Programme Document and the 2011 DFID Business case that has already drawn extensively from EEP documentation and evidence. The idea is not to redesign the EEP, but review and update the programme design of EEP Phase 1 where relevant. The new programme document should use the EEP Phase I Programme Document as a model.
