  1. The Government of Kosovo (GoK) has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Kosovo Emergency Covid-19 Project, and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract “Procurement of medical and laboratory equipment”
  2. The Ministry of Health now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for Production and installation of tables with address road names and building address signs.
  3. Bidding will be conducted through international competitive procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” issued in July 2016, and revised November 2017 and August 2018 (“Procurement Regulations”) which can be found at the following website: www.worldbank.org, and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.

5.     The bidding document in English language may be obtained free of charge by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the address below:

6.     Bids must be delivered to the address below:

        Ministry of Health, in stated address below on or before 29.12.2021 at 14:00 (local time). Electronic Bidding will not be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected.

        Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders’ designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address below on 29.12.2021 at 14:00 (local time)

7.      All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security:

Lot 1 - Monitoring and Diagnostic Equipment not less than 9,000.00 Euro or equivalent amount in any freely convertible currency.

Lot 2 - Laboratory Equipment not less than 1,500.00 Euro or equivalent amount in any freely convertible currency.

Lot 3 - Laboratory Cold Chain for blood products not less than 8,500.00 Euro or equivalent amount in any freely convertible currency.

Lot 4 - IT Hardware not less than 250.00 Euro or equivalent amount in any freely convertible currency.

Lot 5 - Temperature Data loggers and software not less than 400.00 Euro or equivalent amount in any freely convertible currency.

8.      Attention is drawn to the Procurement Regulations requiring the Borrower to disclose information on the successful bidder’s beneficial ownership, as part of the Contract Award Notice, using the Beneficial Ownership Disclosure Form as included in the bidding document”.
