PARAGUAY PROGRAMA DE APOYO AL SERVICIO CIVIL Consulting RESULTADO DE CONCURSO ADJUDICACION DE SERVICIOS DE CONSULTORIA Préstamo No.1776/OC-PR FAPEP: 1775/OC-PR Proyecto No. PR-L1013 INVITACIÓN A PRESENTAR EXPRESIONES DE INTERÉS PUBLICADO EN FECHA 1 DE MAYO DE 2008 La República del Paraguay ha solicitado financiamiento al Banco Interamericano de Desarrollo (BID) para financiar la ejecución del Programa de Apoyo al Servicio Civil, y se propone utilizar parte de los fondos para efectuar los pagos elegibles correspondientes a la contratación de servicios de consultoría para preparar las actividades iniciales a la puesta en marcha del Programa y promover el fortalecimiento institucional de la Secretaría de la Función Pública. Los servicios comprenden: el diseño y la elaboración de documentaciones, manuales, sistemas de información, entre otros, para fortalecer el área de control, mejorar la programación y organización de funciones, y apoyar la ejecución de las actividades de la Secretaría de la Función Pública.
