Description
The United States Government represented by the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) hereby issues a draft Statement of Objectives (SOO) for the proposed Diaspora Invest II Activity in Bosnia-Herzegovina (BiH). The purpose of this Activity is to catalyze the economic and social potential of BiH diaspora with the goal of improving socio-economic conditions in BiH.
This draft SOO is distributed for industry comments on the content of the attached document. To assist in the efficiency of this process, please consider the following in preparation of your comments:
- Please ensure comments are concise and specific to information included within the draft SOO;
- Please ensure submitted comments make specific reference to page and section numbers.
- USAID does not seek questions at this time, only comments.
