1. The Kyrgyz Republic has received financial support from the World Bank towards the cost of the Central Asia Hydrometeorology Modernization Additional Financing project and intends to apply part of proceeds towards payments under the Contract for Procurement of furniture for observers of the Kyrgyzhydromet network for digitization of hydrometeorological data. For this contract, the Borrower shall process the payments using the Direct Payment disbursement method, as defined in the World Bank’s Disbursement Guidelines for Investment Project Financing, except for those payments, which the contract provides to be made through letter of credit.
2. Hereby, the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Kyrgyz Republic invites eligible bidders to shall submit their bids online, through the State electronic procurement system of the Kyrgyz Republic (https://proc.okmot.kg/sopp/view/orders/tender-doc/preview.xhtml?cid=9 or number 220318321263793) no later than 12-00 hours on April 04, 2022.
3. Bidding will be conducted through the local procurement procedures “Law on the Public Procurement of the Kyrgyz Republic as of April 2015, revised in June 2019 and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement law.
4. Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from Projects Implementation Unit under the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Kyrgyz Republic, Mrs. Toktorbaeva Zhyldyz, PIU Director, e-mail: [email protected]  and inspect the bidding document during office hours 09-00 to 18-00 hours at the address given below.
5. A complete set of Bidding Documents in Russian languages may be reviewed on the Public Procurement System of the Kyrgyz Republic by the link indicated in point 2. 

1. Electronic bid must be submitted online by or before 12-00 (local time- Bishkek) April 04, 2022. Late Bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened by the system online, through the State electronic procurement system.
2. The bid application shall be submitted with a Bid Security in form of Declaration (from the Standard Bidding Documents of the Kyrgyz Republic);
