NOTICE:
Borrower/Bid No: Invitation for BidsPCRP/ICB/09/16



1. This Invitation for Bids follows the General Procurement Notice for this Project that appeared in UN Development Business No. 705 of 30 June 2007.
2. The Republic of Belarus has received a loan from the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development toward the cost of Post Chernobyl Recovery Project, and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this loan to payments under the Contract for Gasification in Zvonets settlement, Rogachev district, PCRP/ICB/09/16.
3. The RUE "Belinvestenergosberezhenie" invites now sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for Gasification in Zvonets settlement, Rogachev district, PCRP/ICB/09/16.

The assignment includes supply and installation of the equipment: Gasification in Zvonets settlement, Rogachev district. Supply/construction period is until December 30, 2010.

4. Bidding will be conducted through the International Competitive Bidding (ICB) procedures specified in the World Bank's Guidelines:
Procurement under IBRD Loans and IDA Credits
, and is open to all bidders from Eligible Source Countries as defined in the Bidding Documents.
5. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from RUE"Belinvestenergosberezhenie", e-mail: [email protected] and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below from 9.00 AM to 6.00 PM local time.

6. A complete set of Bidding Documents in English or Russian may be obtained by interested bidders on the submission of a written Application to the address below

The documents could be sent by courier mail or (at the assistance of the Bidder) could be received by a Bidder's representative in RUE«Belinvestenergosberezhenie» office at the address given below.

7. Bids must be delivered to the address below at or before 16:00 hours local time, January 25, 2010. Electronic bidding shall not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened physically in the presence of the bidders' representatives who choose to attend in person at the address below at 16:00 hours local time, January 25, 2010.
8. All bids shall be accompanied by a Bid Securing Declaration.
