Albanian Investment Coorporation is looking for Consulting and Engineering firms to work on an investment project

1.           The Albanian Investment Corporation, referred to as "the Corporation," is a new joint-stock company with 100% state capital, whose sole shareholder is the Ministry of Economy, Culture and Innovation of the Republic of Albania.

2.           The Corporation, through the Decision of the Council of Ministers No. 298, dated 28.05.2025, 'On the transfer to the Albanian Investment Corporation of state-owned properties for the implementation of the investment project “Revitalization of the Asllan Rusi Handball Palace, Tirana”,' and the authorization granted by the Tirana Municipal Council through Decision No. 27, dated 03.04.2025, has been authorized to act as the developer of the state-owned properties specified in this decision, for the purpose of implementing the investment project.

3.           This investment project aims to transform the “Asllan Rusi” Sports Palace in Tirana and the surrounding urban area into a multi-functional center, enhancing functional efficiency and contributing added value to the social life and economy of the city of Tirana. The project will be implemented through a partnership model, where the Corporation serves as the developer of state-owned properties under its ownership and as an intermediary between the public institution (the Municipality of Tirana), which is interested in developing its property and obtaining a contemporary Sports Palace, and the private partner, who possesses the financial, human, and executive resources and has an interest in the realization of the investment project.
