Overview

Hope and Empowerment Foundation GH LBG (HEF-GH) is a fully licensed Ghanaian Non-Profit Organization dedicated to poverty alleviation through sustainable human capital development. We are currently seeking strategic partners to scale our flagship Youth Vocational Training and Economic Empowerment initiative.

The Challenge

Despite the potential of Ghana’s youth, high rates of unemployment and a lack of practical vocational skills remain significant barriers to economic independence. Many underprivileged youth and women in our target regions lack the tools and "mindset reformation" necessary to break the cycle of poverty.

Our Solution

HEF-GH provides a holistic approach that combines mindset and character reformation with hands-on vocational training. Our project delivers "Livelihood Toolkits" to graduates to ensure they can transition immediately into self-employment. Having already completed our full project documentation and proposal, we are ready for immediate implementation.

Partnership Objectives

We are looking for NGOs, Grant-making Foundations, or Consulting firms to collaborate in a Consortium or through Sub-contracting arrangements to:

  • Expand our vocational training centers into additional districts.
  • Co-apply for international development grants.
  • Provide technical expertise in curriculum development and monitoring.

Why Partner with HEF-GH?

  • Vetted Transparency: We are an officially vetted partner of GlobalGiving.
  • Digital Integration: We utilize API-driven real-time tracking (GlobalGiving ID available upon request) to ensure full financial and operational accountability for our donors.
  • Compliance: Fully registered (Reg No: CG074131025) and GRA-certified for charitable activities in Ghana.
