UNFPA’s Asia-Pacific Regional Office was established in 2008 to provide a key link between the Fund’s organization-wide vision and the needs within the Asia-Pacific programme countries.
The Asia-Pacific Regional Office coordinates, supports and monitors the work of UNFPA’s 23 country offices, including sub-regional offices in Fiji and Nepal. Together, we aim to strengthen the implementation of the ICPD Programme of Action and the Millennium Development Goals (MDG) according to national priorities.
