The Presidency of the Council of Ministers is the structure used by the President of the Council of Ministers for the exercise of the autonomous functions of impulse, direction and coordination attributed to him by the Constitution and by the laws of the Republic.
The organization of the Presidency takes into account, in particular, the need to ensure, also through the functional link with the other administrations concerned, the unity of political and administrative direction of the Government.
