Aid for the promotion of technical research in the Information Society Technologies Area, dedicated to tractor projects. Tractor projects are understood as those that promote the integration of activities belonging to the same value chain and that are carried out by different types of agents.

The aids for the realization of tractor projects correspond to the Sections, programs, subprograms and strategic actions in the part dedicated to the Promotion of Technical Research:

National Program of Electronic Technology and Communications, which includes the National Subprograms of Electronics and Communications Technologies and the Strategic Action in Television and Digital Radio.
National Information Technology Program.
National Program of Information Technology Services of the Information Society, which includes the National Subprogram of Economics and the Strategic Actions of e-inclusion and e-assistance and on open source software.
Horizontal strategic action on security and trust in the information systems, communications and services of the Information Society.
