The INH immunization service is provided by a team of hygiene assistants, one of whom works in a fixed position and another moves to Gal Gnassingbé Eyadéma International Airport. This service is the authorized center for vaccination against yellow fever. It ensures the following activities:
§ Inoculate antigens such as:
Anti-yellow fever (yellow fever vaccine)
Meningococcal A + C (meningitis vaccine)
Typhim Vi (typhoid fever vaccine)
Tetanus (tetanus vaccine)
Euvax B (hepatitis B vaccine)
Vaxigrippe (ordinary flu vaccine)
Dultavax (combined vaccine against diphtheria, tetanus and poliomyelitis)
MMR (combined measles, mumps and rubella vaccine)
Apart from yellow fever, meningococcal disease, typhim vi and euvax B, which are available in single dose and multidose, all the other antigens mentioned above are unidose only. Antigens presenting in a single dose are made every working day.
Yellow fever and anti-meningococcal A + C vaccines are available every Wednesday and Friday morning from 7:00 am (seven hours)
In addition, the multi-dose of Typhim Vi and Evax B are available by appointment.
§ Vaccinate the companies of the place
At the request of these immunization structures, a mobile team travels to them to inoculate the specific antigens to those interested.
§ Establish the international certificate of vaccination against yellow fever.
This certificate is issued both at the institute and at Lomé airport
§ Issue the vaccination certificates to the students and then the certificates of vaccination against-indication to the people concerned
Individuals traveling abroad for study purposes are presented with vaccine requirements for each university or school. A certificate is issued upon presentation of their vaccination record (s) since infancy.
