The Office for Infrastructure and Logistics in Luxembourg is responsible for the housing of staff, the management and maintenance of buildings, logistics and compliance with occupational health and safety rules.
Responsibilities
Housing of staff; building projects, rental and management
Building maintenance and repairs
Management of office space
Provision and management of social infrastructure: Interinstitutional Children’s Centre (CPE), Daycare centre (Garderie), Study and Recreation Centre, Restaurants and canteens
Transport of staff and equipment
Receipt, dispatch and internal distribution of documents
Management of conference facilities in Luxembourg
Office supplies
Compliance with occupational health and safety rules: security checks, Fire prevention, Hygiene inspections
