The Office for Infrastructure and Logistics in Brussels is responsible for the accommodation of staff, management of social infrastructure (canteens, daycare, etc.) and logistics, as well as social infrastructure on the Ispra site in Italy.

Responsibilities

• purchase, hire and manage buildings and furniture

• organise staff relocations and manage office space

• run restaurants, cafeterias, shops, sports centres and businesses

• provide social services such as crèches and after-school childcare

• manage reception and distribution of mail, internal distribution of documents, and historical archives 

• manage office supplies and printing

• ensure the health and safety of Commission staff
