The Ministerial Cabinet is responsible, under the authority of the Minister:
define the general policy of the Department;
to hear cases falling within his jurisdiction and those submitted to him by the Minister;
to ensure the execution of the decisions, directives and instructions of the Minister.
Article 5: The Cabinet Director is in charge of the Cabinet Ministerial.
As such, under the authority of the Minister, he is responsible for:
coordinate all the activities of the Ministerial Cabinet and ensure their cohesion;
to ensure the processing of mail;
to follow the affairs of the general policy of the ministerial department;
to monitor the activities of the ministerial department and to report to the Minister;
to give its opinion on the files to be submitted for the signature of the Minister;
to ensure discipline within the Ministerial Cabinet.
