Instrument through which the Ministry regulates the obligations and prohibitions to which personnel must be subject, in relation to their work, permanence and life in the institution. This document has been established based on the legal regulations in force in the country regarding Public Administration. It provides the regulatory framework in terms of functions, rights and obligations, as well as the disciplinary measures established to guide work performance in accordance with the laws, regulations and legal provisions in force, corresponding to the institutional work.
