Public information shall be open except as provided by law and in the manner prescribed by personal data, information belonging to a state or commercial secret. Everyone has the right to request public information, regardless of his or her physical form and storage, and to choose the form of public information, if available, and to access the information in its original form. In order to obtain public information, the person submits a written application, public information request may also be made electronically at foi@batumi.ge Public information will be provided immediately or no later than 10 days, provided by law.
