On October, 25th, 1939 - Sovnarkom has accepted new Position about Narkomjuste. As a part of the Commissariat managements of legal agencies, shots, educational institutions functioned; кодификационный, mobilization, notarial, organizational, confidentially-shifrovalnyj, according to plan-financial departments; legal profession department, kontrolno-inspection groups, secretary, archive, legal publishing house. At Narkomjuste the board is created. Its structure affirms Sovnarkomom from put forward by the commissioner of justice of nominees. 1946 - according to the Decree of Presidium of the Supreme body and the law accepted by IX session of the Supreme body of the Kazakh Soviet Socialist Republic, the Council of National Commissioners has been transformed to Ministerial council of the Kazakh Soviet Socialist Republic. From this point on the National commissariat of justice began to be called as the Ministry of Justice of the Kazakh Soviet Socialist Republic.
