The Embassy pursues this priority by:

supporting U.S. businesses operating in Belarus;
encouraging U.S. businesses to increase exports to Belarus;
boosting U.S. investment in Belarus;
fostering good governance through economic transparency and accountability; and
promoting inclusive economic growth and prosperity.
The Embassy regularly engages with U.S. and Belarusian partners on issues of trade, finance, intellectual property rights, transportation, energy, and commercial opportunities.  Our goal is to ensure the United States remains the world’s strongest and most dynamic economy, as well as a beacon for American values.  

These efforts are paying off – and helping to change the way America does business. Now more than at any time in our history, Americans are selling more U.S. goods and services to the 95 percent of consumers who live outside of our borders.
