Railway Infrastructure of Montenegro - AD Podgorica

is joint-stock company, established in the 7th of July 2008, according to the Strategy of resrtucturing of the Railways of Montenegro.

In the capacity of infrastructure manager, being public wealth in general use and owned by the state of Montenegro, Railway infrastructure develop and invest in railway infrastructure, secure its modernization and maintenance, ensure access and allocate infrastructurer facilities to all interested railway transporters that fulfill legal requirements , defines infrastructure access charges, makes and announces timetable, organizes and regulates railway transport.

It is among the first companies in Montenegro that accepted Corporate Governance Code and its application.

It is the member of CER ( Community of European Railway and infrastructure Companies) and UIC ( International Union of Railways).
Railway infrastructure of Montenegro won the award for outstanding business in the 2011 from the Global Trade Leader's Club, an organization that brings together more than 7,500 leading companies from 95 different countries, doing business in different fields and sectors.
