Through the Ministry of Public Works, in close cooperation with the Association of Construction Contractors (ALCC), the Chamber of Architects (LCA), the Engineering Society of Liberia (ESOL), the Chamber of Commerce (LCC) and the German Society for International Cooperation (GIZ), the Government of Liberia enacted a new system called the Contractors Classification and Certification System (CCCS).
