The associative movement in Côte d'Ivoire is fruitful. Associations are born at a sustained pace in localities and in all sectors of activity. This proliferation of associations and youth movements shows the associative dynamics among young people. But the main characteristic of this associative movement is its inorganization. This manifests itself through mismanagement, ignorance of the texts governing youth organizations, non-compliance with the founding texts. As for the federations, in their current functioning and structure, they are no longer representative of young people. Their mobilization capacity is non-existent if not weakened. The concerns of young people are therefore disparate and dispersed. Thus discordant voices intervene in the search for solutions to the problems of young people.
