The National Council for Educational Development is a decentralized body of the Federal Public Administration with its own legal personality and assets grouped in the sector coordinated by the Ministry of Public Education created by Presidential Decree published in the Official Gazette of the Federation on September 10, 1971 and which is currently governed by the Decree by which the National Council for Educational Development is reorganized which aims to provide community education services with educational equity and social inclusion to children under zero to three years eleven months and to girls, boys and adolescents as well as promoting the development of parental skills in mothers,parents and caregivers who live in preferably rural and indigenous locations that register high and very high levels of marginalization and social lag in the potential population.
