Coordination Nationale de la Sécurité Alimentaire - CNSA

As the only state reference in terms of food security, the CNSA's mission is to influence public policies aimed at improving the food security conditions of the Haitian population in a sustainable manner.

By accomplishing this mission, the CNSA undertakes to:

– Define, guide and harmonize the interventions of actors in the food security sector in Haiti;
– Monitor and evaluate the food security situation and actions (programs and projects) in the field;
– Disseminate information on the evolution of food security and form opinions on the subject;
– Propose food security policies and strategies.
