Port Authority of Douala (Cameroon)

The PAD as the administrative structure of the Douala-Bonaberi port complex is in charge of several missions, therefore:

• General coordination of port activities;
• Assistance and reception of ships;
• The creation and development of industrial port zones;
• Promotion of the port area;
• Security and police port operating operations;
• Management, maintenance and renewal of port equipment;
• Project management of works entrusted to specialized companies, including dredging;
• Equipment and maintenance extension works for the said port as well as the creation and development of industrial port zones;
• Promotion of the port area.
