Description
Himachal Pradesh Building and Construction Workers Welfare Board was constituted in the year 2009 under Section 18(1) of the Building and Construction Workers (Regulation of Employment and Service Conditions) Act 1996, Himachal Pradesh Government Notification No. Labor (A) 4-6 B.O. C.W- P.T./(L) dated March 2, 2009. Thereafter, the H.P. Building and Construction Workers (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 2008 were made and notified by the Himachal Pradesh Government on 4th December, 2008.
