The Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (ARMP) is an independent administrative authority which enjoys functional and organic independence on all matters relating to its missions. Its headquarters are located in Lomé. Regional offices may, as needed, be created, upon deliberation by the ARMP Regulatory Board.Its mission is to regulate the public procurement system and public service delegation agreements. This mission makes the ARMP a structure responsible
for issuing opinions, proposals or recommendations within the framework of the definition of policies and assistance in the development of regulations on public procurement and delegations of public service.
