Adjamé is a commune in North Abidjan. Populated by approximately 250,000 inhabitants 4 spread over an area of 1210 ha, it is bounded by the municipalities of Plateau, Attécoubé and Abobo.
Adjamé can accommodate more than 2 million people during the day. It is indeed very busy, due to the presence of its bus station, its markets, etc. Note that the Adjamé bus station is one of the most important in Côte d'Ivoire. It is the starting point for many bus lines that serve the whole country, but also border countries. In addition, Adjamé is a major commercial crossroads.
