The Ministry of Justice of Ukraine carries out its work in accordance with the Regulation on the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine (hereinafter - the Ministry of Justice), approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated July 2, 2014 No. 228. The Ministry of Justice, in particular, ensures the formation and implementation of state legal policy, policy on bankruptcy and the use of electronic digital signature, the formation and implementation of state policy in the field of free legal aid, the organization of enforcement of decisions of courts and other bodies (officials), not nesting system and probation services, state registration of civil status acts, state registration of real rights to real estate and their encumbrances, state registration of legal entities, non-legal entities and individuals - entrepreneurs, registration of the charter of the territorial community of m. Kyiv, state registration of print media and information agencies as actors of information activities, etc.
