The functions of the Ministry of Coordination and Planning are, without implying to limit the area of its competence:
a) in general, assist the Governor in everything related to government coordination and dialogue with agencies and entities, be they private, public, of municipal, provincial, national or international jurisdiction, and in the coordinated development of public policies between the different departments of State;
b) in particular, understand in:
1) the calling and organization of cabinet meetings and agreements at the request of the Governor, coordinating the matters to be discussed and the activities of the ministries and secretariats of State among themselves and in their relationship with the Governor, and of the activities of the agencies centralized, decentralized, self-sufficient, State companies and companies, in order to obtain the greatest efficiency and speed in government actions;
2) the elaboration of plans, programs and projects of general government action framed in the guidelines of the general policy and strategy, coordinating with each ministry the specific objectives of the respective areas;
3) the design and implementation of instruments for monitoring government programs, in order to verify compliance with the defined objectives and subsequent reporting of the results to the Governor;
4) assist the Governor in the preparation of the annual report of the activity carried out by the Executive Power, who will submit it to the Legislature, on the occasion of the annual opening of its sessions in the terms of article 164 paragraph 14 of the Constitution of the Province of Corrientes.
