One of the resources that must be available for the implementation of a sustainable development process is the certainty of guaranteed energy supply. To carry out the development process, modern humans have a very high dependence on energy.The role of energy as an important and strategic basic material for human survival and development has followed the history of human civilization, where energy serves as the main driving force in the process of transformation from an agrarian civilization to an industrial civilization. History also records that energy cannot be separated from every significant step in achieving the progress of human civilization and the world economic system. Energy also changes the pattern of human life and relations between countries in its development up to what is happening today. then, the developed countries that currently dominate the world, have achieved success in developing industries by consuming natural resources including energy in very large quantities and at low prices for more than 100 years.
