Academy of State Customs Committee

The Academy is a legal entity, it has an independent balance sheet, state property in use, treasury and bank accounts, a seal with a description of the State Emblem of the Republic of Azerbaijan on it, stamps and letterheads engraved with its name.

The Academy prepares highly educated personnel for the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Azerbaijan, organizes additional education of customs officers and scientific research on modern issues of the activity of the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

The Academy operates in accordance with the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan, international treaties to which the Republic of Azerbaijan is a party, laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan, decrees and orders of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, decisions,and orders of the Cabinet of Ministers, normative legal acts of the Azerbaijan State Customs Committee and The Ministry of Education of Azerbaijan, the decisions of the Board of Azerbaijan State Customs Committee, orders,and decrees of the Chairman of the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Azerbaijan and this Statute.
